Who we serve
Vb Japan DMC provides destination management services to registered travel businesses only — travel agencies, tour operators, incentive houses and corporate planners. We do not accept bookings from individual consumers.
Website content
Destination and market information on this site is provided in good faith for trade planning purposes and is updated periodically. Rates, availability, entry requirements and supplier terms are confirmed only in written quotations.
Bookings
All bookings are governed by the commercial terms in our Partner Policy and the written quotation issued for each programme, which together prevail over this page in case of conflict.
Liability
We operate with vetted, licensed suppliers throughout Japan. Our liability for any booking is limited to the value of the services contracted through us; we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disaster and carrier disruption. Agencies are responsible for ensuring their clients hold appropriate travel insurance.
Intellectual property
Site content, including trade guides and market pages, is © Vb Japan DMC. Agency partners may share our white-label proposals with their clients; republication of site content elsewhere requires written permission.
